All GA floor ticket holders must use the South Entrance via Green Lot.


Designated locations for guest drop-off and reunion will be available in Green Lot via two entrances –  from Figueroa St (Southbound), right outside the Southeast Gates and from MLK Jr. Blvd (Westbound). Rideshare drop-off and pick-up will only be available from the Figueroa St. entrance.


With stops just a short walk from the stadium, Metro is a safe and convenient option. We strongly encourage the use of public transportation. Trip Planner: https://trips.metro.net


Green Lot and Blue Lot have designated ADA parking spaces. 

Clear Bag Policy


Banc of California Stadium has a Clear Bag Policy to help provide a safer environment and expedite entry into the Stadium. Lockers will be available outside the stadium for guests who have oversized bags. 

Clear Bag Policy
Banc of California Stadium has a Clear Bag Policy in order to provide a safer environment for guests and will consequently also expedite entry into the Stadium. The policy affects the type and size of the bags permitted into the Stadium, not the items (keys, makeup, combs, phones, wallets, etc). Guests will also be allowed to openly carry a blanket or jacket into the Stadium, although they will be subject to being searched. It is required that guests bring bags that meet the following style and size limits that are permissible at Banc of California Stadium: –  One bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”; or –  A one-gallon clear plastic storage bag (Ziploc bag or similar). – In addition to one of the clear bags noted above, guests may also carry in a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” (approximately the size of a hand). – Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection and Stadium Management approval. -Bag check will be available at Green Lot and S. Coliseum Dr for a fee.


Prohibited bags include but are not limited to: large purses, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, luggage of any kind, computer bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. This policy is not intended to interfere with guests attending with specific medical needs or guests caring for young children.


  • All pre-purchased merchandise items must be carried in the guests approved clear bag or checked in at a designated bag check location (Green Lot and S. Coliseum Drive).
  • Clear bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” 12”
  • Small clutch bags, that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” x 2”
  • Binoculars (Binocular cases are not permitted inside the stadium)
  • Breast pump and feeding supplies
  • Medical supplies
  • Plush toys
  • Keychains
  • Poster Tubes 
  • Banners (Banners no bigger than 3’ x 2’ will be permitted into the stadium).


All guests entering the facility during an event are subject to a metal-detector screening, visual inspection, and a bag inspection conducted by Banc of California Stadium Safety personnel.

We aim to provide an enjoyable, yet exciting environment for all guests.  In order to achieve that, the following are prohibited: 

  • Abusive, foul or disruptive language or clothing
  • Aerosol containers
  • Alcohol and illegal drugs
  • All bags, including clear bags, backpacks, and purses, that are larger than 12” x 6” x 12”
  • Animals (with the exception of service animals)
  • Any type of marketing collateral such as pamphlets, product samples, etc.
  • Balloons, balls, frisbees, markers, brooms, skateboards, roller blades, skates, etc.
  • Clothing containing wires, batteries, or other electronic components
  • Coolers, outside food, beverages (with the exception of a single factory sealed plastic water bottle no more than 20oz), cans, flasks, bottles, etc. (F&B needed for infants or medical reason will be permitted with approval)
  • Drums & Drumsticks
  • Explosives, pepper spray, tear gas, etc.
  • Flags larger than 3’ x 5’, Flag/banner poles
  • Folding/beach chairs
  • Items containing adhesive ie. Stickers, Decals, etc.
  • Laptops & tablets
  • Loud noise-making devices such as air horns, plastic horns, vuvuzelas, whistles, megaphones, etc.
  • Objects that can be thrown or viewed as projectiles
  • Professional camera equipment, including DSLR cameras, any camera with a detachable lens, video cameras, monopods, tripods, GoPros, or any professional recording equipment etc.
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Smoking of any kind including E-cigarettes & Vaporizers
  • Streamers, Confetti, Register tape, etc.
  • Totems
  • Umbrellas
  • Unmanned and Remote-Controlled Aircraft Systems
  • Water guns, toy/replica weapons, squirt bottles, etc.
  • Water packs
  • Weapons of any kind, fireworks, slingshots, smoke/stink bombs, laser pointers, etc.
  • 2-way radio devices
  • At the discretion of Banc of California Stadium Management, any other item determined to be prohibited.


Guests are welcome to use non-professional still cameras (i.e. disposable, polaroid, lenses less than 6” in length) for personal use. Tripods, monopods, GoPros, “selfie sticks,” and any professional DSLR camera or cameras with a detachable lens will NOT be permitted into the stadium. Video cameras and video recording of events with other devices are prohibited. Recording, broadcasting, or streaming of events is also strictly prohibited.


Exclusive merchandise stands will be available inside the stadium on the main concourse (by section 101 and section 119) and on the floor level.


Event tickets are sold via Ticketmaster. Tickets are non-refundable however, Ticketmaster offers a resale fan exchange where you can sell or exchange tickets with other fans.

Valid tickets must be displayed and scanned from a mobile device.

Banc of California Stadium provides secure wifi free of charge. Connect to the “LAFC Guest” network.


Banc of California Stadium is a fully cashless building. Unfortunately, we do not have any cash-to-card kiosks or ATMs in the building at this time.


Banc of California Stadium is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests in attendance at each event, including guests with disabilities. The venue has been designed and built to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Banc of California Stadium staff will assist you with any specific accommodations you have before, during, and after an event.

Services include: Wheelchair escorts & storage, Assisted Listening Devices, Captioning Services & Devices, and Interpretation Services (requires at least a 2-week lead time).

The Banc of California Box Office is located at the Northwest corner of the stadium and is open 10am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and on event days. Guests may arrange for pre-event wheelchair assistance by contacting a Guest Experience Supervisor at any Stadium entrance gate. Guests needing assistance post-event should contact an event staff member, safety personnel, or visit the Guest Experience Center located behind Section 129. Guests in Suite areas should contact the Concierge desk on their level to request a wheelchair escort. Guests are asked to supply their own wheelchair if they need one for the duration of the event.

Banc of California Stadium is equipped with a total of 5 public elevators at the following 3 locations:- VIP Lobby (3 total)- Behind Section 101- Behind Section 116

For the most convenient arrival possible we recommend utilizing our drop-off location in the Green Lot/Ride Share parking lot as it is the closest to the stadium. Guests can be dropped off in Green Lot and ADA guests are able to enter through any gate.


Assisted Listening Devices are available for no charge at the Guest Experience Center located on the Main Level Concourse behind Section 129. A driver’s license or credit card will be required as a deposit.

COVID-19 Policy

Los Angeles County (LAC) is utilizing both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) COVID-19 community monitoring impact measures and California SMARTER plan to guide the realignment of our local public health response.

Masks are strongly recommended, but no longer required in most indoor public settings. The purpose of strongly recommending continued indoor masking is to prevent transmission of the virus, particularly to persons with prolonged, cumulative exposures (e.g., workers) and to persons with higher risk of illness (e.g., unvaccinated, older persons, or those with underlying medical conditions such as immunocompromised persons).
